Flow-Control 2 Portafilter
The Flow-Control Spout Kit contains three (3) removable and replaceable spouts that will fit inside your Flow-Control 2 Portafilter. These spouts are meant to replace those that may have been lost, damaged or clogged after many shots pulled on your NEO. *Only compatible with the NEO Flow-Control 2 Portafilter. Any Flow-Control Portafilter, or NEO, purchased before March of 2021 will not be compatible and must first be upgraded to the Flow-Control 2 Portafilter.

Flow-Control 2 Portafilter
The Flow-Control 2 Portafilter is an upgrade from Flair’s original flow-control technology originally launched during their second Kickstarter campaign in 2020 and paired with the NEO. The Flow-Control 2 improves upon this technology by adding a removable spout which allows for cleaning and de-clogging of the restricted spout. Now users can clean their portafilters as often as they want, ensuring the highest level of performance on a daily basis. The Flow-Control 2 continues to allow brewers to add any grounds they want and lower the lever for delicious espresso. As before, this technology works by restricting the exit hole and generating pressure in the puck to ensure proper extraction times. With proper use, each spout will enjoy a long lifespan. But, in the case of loss or damage customers can purchase a replacement pack of three (3) spouts, available in March of 2021. Compatibility: Flair Neo, Classic, Signature. Not compatible with PRO and 58.

Please see image to check which portafilter base you have. If you purchased a first generation Signature PRO, this accessory is ONLY compatible with the adaptor ring, sold separately. **If you are a PRO or PRO 2 user, this brew head will require a tamper and funnel that fits the standard-sized brew head (40mm) as the diameter of the Flow-Control Portafilter is less than on your PRO brewing head. You can find the funnel and tamper (either stainless steel or part of the dosing cup) on any of our NEO, Classic or Signature accessories pages.
