It weighs 4.1 lb and folds down to 21.9" for travel. The 3-section legs have two angle positions, and they employ tension-adjustable leg locks to adjust the tripod's height. A rubber grip on one of the legs adds comfort when carrying the tripod. The included MH293D3-Q2 3-way head is fabricated from a lightweight polymer called Adapto that offers strength and functionality without the weight of metal. A unique mechanism allows you to fold the handles parallel to the tripod for tighter, more convenient packing. Other features include +90° / -30° lateral and front tilt, and three bubble levels for accurate framing. It has a quick-release plate with a 1/4"-20 mounting screw.
