I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I returned the goods more than 14 days ago and provided proof of return, but I still have not received my money. Customer service keeps saying that they have not received the parcel yet, even though I am not responsible for the delay. I cannot recommend this shop because of its unreliability and poor communication.

Experience is horrible. Quality awful. Clothes came cut and i asked for at least compensation of clothing that is damaged but they asked me to return it and pay 2,5€ for shipping. Ridiculous, quality of clothes also awful af. Never ordering again. Its better to pay 6-8 additional € and buy it from cropp

Обходите их стороной. 1 месяц доставляют товар. То что на сайте у них написано «до 10 дней» это не про доставку вам, а про то, что они ЗАПРОСЯТ товар у поставшика в течении 10 РАБОЧИХ дней ‍♂️ А потом они еще долго и нудно будут, без каких либо уведомлений вам, доставлять вам товар. Удалить свой аккаунт на их сайте возможности нет, как и отписаться от их рассылки. Держитесь от них подальше
