The REV5 is a 2-channel controller that offers an authentic scratch experience with innovative features such as large 8.1" jog wheels, MAGVEL FADER, dedicated buttons for Stems control, the first-ever Auto BPM Transition, and Piano Play Mode. The pitch sliders are located at the top of the controller, mimicking the popular "Battle-Style" setup used with scratch DJs on turntables. The rear panel provides a host of connections including XLR and RCA master outputs, a pair of 1/4" booth outputs, two microphone inputs, a stereo RCA aux input and two headphone outputs (1/4" and 3.5mm). The DDJ-REV5 includes a USB power adapter, a USB-C power cable, a USB-C data cable, and a Serato DJ Pro Pitch 'n Time DJ voucher. You can also customize the Jog Feel to find your perfect jog wheel weight. The MAGVEL FADER is slick, robust, and ready to translate every tiny movement you make, so you can scratch with precision. Scratch-Style Layout for Open-Format Freedom The long tempo sliders on the DDJ-REV5 run horizontally above the deck sections while the Performance Pads and Lever FX are placed in the mixer section for dynamic performances, emulating the PLX Series deck + DJM-S Series mixer setups loved by open-format DJs around the world. Thanks to the proximity of the pads, levers, and faders you can fuse scratching with pad play and effects. Dedicated Buttons for Easy Stems Control Easily make live mashups and remixes using the Stems buttons on the DDJ-REV5. Your tracks will be split into Stems within the software—vocals, melody, bass, and drums in Serato DJ Pro, or vocal, drums, and inst (other instruments, including bass and synths) in rekordbox—which you can play separately. Performing artists and DJs in search of the ultimate 2-channel Serato controller should look no further than the Pioneer DDJ-REV7, the latest flagship 2-channel controller for Serato DJ Pro with large vinyl-style, motorized jog wheels, on-screen jog display, updated effects, and advanced features. The DDJ-REV7 emulates a professional DJM-S mixer and PLX turntable setup. The tempo sliders are positioned horizontally across the top of the deck, which further mirrors PLX turntables in battle position, while the Performance Pads and Lever FX paddles sit in the mixer section to parallel the DJM-S Series mixer design. The 7" motorized jog wheels include two interchangeable slip sheets, which offer a choice of torque and friction, while the acrylic top plate is designed to feel like a real analog record. At the center of each jog wheel, you have a 3.5" customizable color LCD. The ergonomic design features 8 multicolor and velocity sensitive performance pads on each deck with four modes of operation including hot cue, roll, saved loop, and sampler, as well as pitch play, slicer loop, saved flip, and scratch bank. The jog wheels acrylic top plate is finished with a vinyl-like texture for an effortless finger grip. Artists can choose between low- and high-torque settings and use the two included slip sheets inside each deck, which fit neatly inside the jog wheel to find their preferred amount of friction. With the DDJ-REV7, manipulating and fading out sound is simple. Artists can switch between a rotation speed of 33¿ or 45 rpm anytime and use the Stop Time setting to adjust how long it takes for the music to end when pressing pause. Artists can also halt the music immediately or slow it down gradually, as if the power on an analog deck was turned off. On Jog Display: Keep an Eye on Essential Information In the center of each jog wheel is a 3.5-inch LCD display showing important information and removing the need for artists to switch their gaze between the decks and laptop. The LCD display also features an omnidirectional viewing angle, allowing artists to see the displayed information from any angle. Artists can turn off the digital marker indicating the playback position at any time, or mark jog wheels with the included stickers if preferred.
