Overall, Elektrotrade Ogulin is a good store, and the service is generally friendly and helpful. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to an unpleasant experience I had when purchasing a water heater. The young man who assisted with loading the heater into my car was quite unfriendly. He forcefully shoved the heater into the trunk, ignoring my offer to help, and when it didn’t fit, he tried to push it onto the back seat with such force that it nearly tore the leather upholstery. I would kindly ask the store management to address this issue with their staff. Other than that, my experiences with this store have been positive, and I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for this incident.
