It has smooth fluid movement, pan and tilt locks. This version is black painted. Optional Plates: 200PL-38. The 128RC QR Micro Fluid Head from Manfrotto is ideal for a VCR camera up to 8.75 lbs. It includes a quick release plate. The head mounting thread is 3/8". Replaces old part number 3130. Quick Release Plate Features a quick-release plate that allows you to change cameras or detach the camera with the flip of a lever.
